Gingerbread house workshop

We went to a gingerbread house workshop. Eli and Justice had so much fun making their house.
They had even more fun eating the frosting!
Decorating is so much fun!
All done! Nice Job boys!
Way to go!

November flys when your having fun!

Jerimiah is learning to play the trumpet, clarinet, and trombone. This concert was for the Veterans Memorial they did at the High School.
Eli's class had a kid's in the kitchen week. They needed an apron to bring to school so Eli and I made this one afternoon. He was so happy with it!
Eli's class had to dress up as a jungle animal. I had no idea what to dress him as and was not prepared to make anything. I found this fabric in one of my boxes and asked him if he wanted to be a snake- his brothers told him to be a tree python and he thought that was a great idea. He went around all day ask school pretending to be a snake. His teachers thought he was so funny. Not to bad for something that looks like a pillow case!
Justice had a western dress up day at school.

DIY Network anyone?

This is our back yard- there was no grass at all and with the dogs and kids we thought sod would be the best way to go. It was nice to see the finished project! Instant lawn! Gotta love it.
Looks pretty good.

Jerimiah thinks he's getting to big to dress up for Halloween so he didn't want to. He went to his first school dance on Thursday night. He's quite the dancer from the sound of it. He had a great time and danced with a lot of girls! Look out he's almost a teen!

Happy Halloween!

Justice was a mummy, but his costume wasn't staying on very well so he changed to an "agent"

The end of the month already!?

We have had so much fun this past month. Things have been a little crazy with my knee surgery at the first of the month, but I am doing well and will hopefully be walking without assistance soon. Jerimiah has played football this fall and really enjoyed it! He says he can't wait for wrestling to start, but I am ready for a little break in between. Justice's class has been busy building rockets this last week and launched them on Thursday. (Hopefully my pictures will make it on here!) Eli is as busy as ever. He has had a lot of fun at school. They wore costumes twice this week, painted pumpkins, and went trick-or-treating! They walked down main street and visited all the business. Aaron has been busy all month at work, he is hoping to take next week off and go hunting. I have been trying to keep up on my day to day things but some of them don't work out so well one legged. We hope everyone is doing well and miss all of you!
